The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 323, 379, 498(A), 497, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
It has been submitted that the petitioners are Jeth, Jethani and father-in-law of the complainant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.
From the complaint petition itself, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6033 of 2017 (2) dt.17-02-2017 2/2 let the petitioners above named in the event of surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 392 of 2016, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.
