The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case No.196 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner and four other persons have assaulted the deceased causing death. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no specific allegation attributed against the petitioner and he is in custody for more than three months and charge-sheet has already been submitted.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61795 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case No.196 of 2018, subject to condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.
