Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Some Nepali liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.06.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
