JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in G.R.P. Danapur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that golden chain of the informant was snatched from the Railway station, which was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in the case only because of some altercation for occupying seat in the train.

It is mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 26.07.2018.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna, in connection with G.R.P.
