Petitioners happen to be father-in-law, mother-in-law who have been made an accused in this case along with others having launched at the behest of their daughter-in-law carrying omnibus allegation. Consequent thereupon, petitioners Md. Takdir, Bibi Hadisa Khatoon each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Complaint Case No.560(c) of 2011 in the event of their arrest / surrender within four weeks in terms of condition so laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.)
