From the pleading in the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner has not approached the Circle Officer, Dumra, District- Sitamarhi, (Respondent No.4) after the order dated 11-10-2011, passed by the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Sadar, as contained in Annexure-3 to the writ petition. The petitioner counsel relies on Annexure 4 to the writ petition, to submit that the application was filed. This Court is not inclined to accept this submission since the same does not bear any receiving. The petitioner would be at liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Dumra, District- Sitamarhi,

Patna High Court CWJC No.11979 of 2015(2) dt.13-12-2022 2/2 (Respondent No.4) for any relief, in accordance with law. The learned counsel for the intervenor, who has filed Interlocutory Application No. 9733 of 2015, submits that he would also be appearing before the Authority.

The petition is disposed of.
