1. Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Saharsa vide order dated 15.02.2021 passed in A.B.A. No.6 of 2021.

3. After some argument, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.34 of 2020.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.34 of 2020.
