The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 849 of 2018 registered under Sections 302 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the gravity of the offence, the allegation made in the FIR, the order of proclamation issued against the petitioner under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the ratio laid down by the Supreme Court in the State of Madhya Pradesh Vs. Pradeep Sharma, since reported in (2014) 2 SCC 171 and Lavesh Vs. State (NCT of Delhi), since reported in (2012) 8 SCC 730, I am not inclined to grant pre-
