The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 18.01.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing of personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge,
