JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2017 Prayer is for modification of order dated 08.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53154 of 2016 whereby the petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail with direction to furnish bail bonds in connection with Nokha Police Station Case No. 63 of 2016 within a period of thirty days but the bail bond has not been furnished within the stipulated period.

Prayer for modification is allowed and further four weeks time is granted to furnish the bail bonds with condition that the petitioners shall deposit Rs.2,000/- (two thousand) in the victim compensation fund.
