The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram Town P.S. Case No.931 of 2018 registered under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner, his sister, father and mother kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the daughter of the informant made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.(Annexure 2) and she disclosed that nobody kidnapped her. She had gone to the house of her maternal grandmother. Considering the facts that the victim herself denied the factum of her kidnapping, the petitioner, above named, is directed
