JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2023 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is permitted to make correction in prayer portion of the bail petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners, who are in-laws of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioners are separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against husband of the deceased who has surrendered in the Court below.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23354 of 2023(3) dt.03-07-2023 2/2 from today, let these petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Rahui Police Station Case No. 666 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
