Petitioners, who are in custody, seek bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 268 of 2018 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No. 517 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant who is the father of the deceased has alleged that petitioners along with other family members killed his daughter due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. They are in-law's of the deceased. They are living separately and have no concern

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63740 of 2018(2) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 with his son and daughter-in-law. They have no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 26.07.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. IVth, Purnea in connection with S. Tr. No. 268 of 2018 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No. 517 of 2017. (S. Kumar, J) Rajiv/ManojU T
