Petitioner is in custody in connection with special Case No. 1892 of 2019 arising out of Malsalami P.S. Case No. 81 of 2019 for the offence Section 30(a) and 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 45 liters of mahua liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.02.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let
