This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.
About fifteen liters of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2016. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran, or successor Court.
