The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. There is recovery of 10 litres of country made liquor from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was not apprehended from the spot. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is simply a house wife and she has no knowledge about the

Considering the fact that petitioner is a lady and meager quantity if illicit liquor has been recovered, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, Gaya in connection with Muffassil P.S. Case No. 604 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Shageer/- U T
