2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 380, 498A, 494, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. As per complaint case, the petitioner, who is husband of complainant/opp.party no. 2., in association with his family members are alleged to have assaulted and tortured complainant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier, for the same set of allegation, an F.I.R. vide Nalanda Mahila P.S. Case No. 1 of 2023 was filed by opposite party no.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19678 of 2025(3) dt.23-06-2025 2/2 2 against petitioner and others, in which, petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 15.05.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 20389 of 2024. Moreover, the dispute between the parties has already been resolved.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Hilsa, District Nalanda in connection with Complaint Case No. 653-C of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
