Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 337, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2016 for allegation that he, allegedly, committed assault for land dispute to two female members of the family of the informant. The Doctor has found multiple head injuries, though caused by hard and blunt substance and opinion is still reserved.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42939 of 2016 (7) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran/successor Court in connection with Ramnagar Police Station Case No. 107 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
