Petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.05.2016 in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2015for offences punishable under Sections 394/395/412/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown accused committed robbery in the house of the informant.

Submission is that there is no other material against the petitioner except his confessional statement. Co-accused Pappu Yadav has already been allowed bail by another Bench of this Court, which would be evident from the impugned order also where the learned Additional Sessions Judge distinguished the case of the petitioner from Pappu Yadav only on the ground of the confessional

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52284 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 statement before the police. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Munger/Successor Court, in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.147 of 2015.
