JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 121, 121A, 124A & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, having more or less similar allegation, several coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail either by this court or by other benches of this court.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 54 of 2010 to the satisfaction of Sri Ashok Raj, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal.
