The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.544 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considered the submissions of the parties.

Petitioner no.1 is the elder brother of husband of the deceased and petitioner no.2 is the wife of petitioner no.1 and there is there and omnibus allegation against them. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Case No.544 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
