Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rauta P.S. Case No. 53 of 2016 registered under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47A of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Petitioner was caught with illegal liquor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
