The petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwan Town (Sarai) P.S. Case No. 500 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 382 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant case was registered against unknown and the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2018 but he has not been put on TIP to ascertain his participation in crime.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than three months notwithstanding the fact that the instant case is registered against unknown he has not

Let, the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Siwan Town (Sarai) P.S. Case No. 500 of 2018.
