JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2017 This application has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for modification of the order dated 10.02.2017 passed in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 264 of 2016 pending in the Court of C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara. In the Second paragraph of the order dated 10.02.2017, let the words "Petitioner apprehends his arrest" be read as "Petitioners seek Regular Bail" as well as in the last paragraph of the same order, the words, "in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today" and "subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure" be deleted.

Accordingly, the order dated 10.02.2017 is modified to the extent above.
