It is submitted that Didarganj P.S. Case No. 72 of 2016 has inadvertently been mentioned as Didarganj P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016 in paragraph 1 and the prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No. 49786 of 2016 so the bail order has been passed in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016.

Let Didarganj P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016 be read as Didarganj P.S. Case No. 72 of 2016 and rest of the contents will be same as passed in the order, dated 21.12.2016.

Four weeks further time, from today, is allowed to furnish the bail bonds.
