This application for regular bail arises out of Special Case No.7542 of 2018 arising out of Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 278/2018 for the offences under Section 30(a)/37(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner is said to have been found drunk and in possession of 30 liters of country made liquor. The petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and further submits that his bail bond may be cancelled, if he is allowed bail in the present application, in case he is found indulging in similar offence in future.

Considering the above submission, this application is
