2. This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 03.07.2018 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-X, Patna in Sessions Trial No. 631 of 2016, arising out of Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 293 of 2014.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take all the points as raised in this petition, before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage in accordance with law.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
