The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 643 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the informant having given a sum of Rs.35,800/- to the petitioner herein for the purposes of getting her son admitted in St. Michael School, Patna.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent. It is stated that the petitioner is neither the staff nor

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge VII-cum- A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 643 of 2018.
