In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in Goraul P.S. Case No.333 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 (B), 498 (A), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. It is alleged that on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, the deceased had been killed. The case diary reflects the involvement of the petitioner in the offence. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, for the present, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
