Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 366(A), 447, 379, 504, 506, 341/34 of the IPC and Section 12 of POCSO Act registered in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.112 of 2020 arising out of G.R. No.1139 of 2020 corresponding to Special Case No.31 of 2020.

As per allegation, the co-accused Golu Choudhary forcibly put vermilion on the forehead of the daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the

No.32013 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 alleged victim did not support the occurrence in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and considering these facts the co-ordinate Bench has granted anticipatory bail to co-accused Golu Choudhary @ Ramishwar Kumar in Cr. Misc. No.13607 of 2021. The present petitioners are father, brother and mother of the Golu Choudhary. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within three weeks from the date of communication of this order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ, VIth-cum Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Khgaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.112 of 2020 arising out of G.R. No.1139 of 2020 corresponding to Special Case No.31 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Prakash Narayan /- U T
