The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatuha P. S. Case No. 171 of 2016 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of the offence, the petitioner, who is in custody since 02.05.2016 is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in Fatuha P.
