The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S (Spl) Case No. 06 of 2018 (Arising out of GRP/Kiul P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018) registered under Sections 20(B) and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The accusation is that on 29.03.2018 during the course of checking the petitioner was found in suspicious condition, on search he was found in possession of 8.21 Kg of Ganja, whereas, co-accused Sahil Raj was found in possession of 6.196 Kg of Ganja.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the seized material has not come under the purview of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62503 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 commercial quantity. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 30.03.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai in connection with N.D.P.S (Spl) Case No. 06 of 2018 (Arising out of GRP/Kiul P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018).
