Inter-caste marriage on its own by the Chhotu Kumar @ Ritesh is the centre point around which the whole dispute revolves. The informant, opposite party no.1 of present petition, had alleged that at the time of Durga Puja Vacation, Chhotu Kumar @ Ritesh had gone along with Kartik Kumar (Petitioner) as well as Amit Kumar and further, he remained silent up-till December in spite of having no talk over mobile. Furthermore, it has also been disclosed that he enquired from petitioner Kartik Kumar as well as Amit Kumar, a Panchayati was convened and as disclosed by them, informant had gone to the place of one Radhe

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49264 of 2016 (07) dt.10-05-2017 Paswan, who had admitted that his daughter has been married with Chhotu Kumar @ Ritesh, but he was not allowed to meet, whereupon instant case has been registered in the month of February. Simultaneously, the alleged victim Kajal Kumari had also instituted a case for dowry demand and torture against the father in-law and other family members excluding the husband. For getting the matter amicably sorted out, petitioner was directed to implead all the concerned and accordingly, their appearance happen to be. So many adjournments have been granted in order to facilitate restitution of good feeling amongst the parties in the background of nature of dispute, but it appears, each is blaming the other.

That being so, considering the conduct of the informant, petitioner, Kartik Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singeshwar P. S. Case No.15 of 2016.
