This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 493 and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the parties had entered into a compromise and a compromise petition was filed on record.

Opposite party no. 2 has already been appeared through vakalatnama and submission is that in fact compromise petition was entered into between the parties. Considering the factum of compromise, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gopalganj Mahila P.S.
