The writ petitioner complains of the irregularities within the functioning of the Gaya Municipal Corporation and prays for enquiry into the charges of alleged corruption against Councilors but the proceedings does not manifest that any such issue has been raised by the petitioner before the departmental authorities concerned.

Patna High Court CWJC No.119 of 2014 (2) dt.09-02-2015 In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner shall be at liberty to draw the attention of the departmental authorities concerned towards the alleged irregularities so complained by him and which would be considered and disposed of by the authority concerned on its own merits.
