That this application is for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/ orders, direction/directions directing the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner as I.T. Manager pursuant to Advt. No. 02/2015 as petitioners has been deliberately debarred from participating in counseling which is going to be held on 27-28/07/2014 due to selection of wrong model answer of question paper and further for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioners may be entitled to."

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-Company submits that the issue under consideration, has already been decided by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide judgment dated 26.5.2016, passed in CWJC No. 3836 of 2016 (Yogesh Ranjan & Anr. vs. The Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Ltd. & Ors.), against the petitioners herein.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds that in view of the aforesaid judgment dated 26.5.2016, passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court, in the case of Yogesh Ranjan (supra), no relief can be granted to the petitioners, hence, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
