Petitioner was found in inebriated condition and through breath analyzer 100 ml alcohol was detected in his blood and for the aforesaid act petitioner is in jail custody since 29.07.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with P.S.Case No. 242 of 2016.
