The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 390(C) of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that one office of the Weired Infrastructure Corporation Limited was opened by the side of Ganesh Book House, Sethjee Market, Danapur. The accused persons are directors and other officials of the company. The complainant alleged that he was also appointed as an agent but the company fled away with huge amount deposited by the customers.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16145 of 2017 (2) dt.20-04-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner figured at Sl. No.5 of the complaint petition but from the perusal of the entire complaint case, it would appear that not even a single witness has said anything against the petitioner. The complainant did not allege that the petitioner took money from the complainant and other persons. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur in Complaint Case No. 390(C) of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
