The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 419, 468, 471, 472, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioners managed some other persons to appear at the written examination held for appointment to the post of constable in their place.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21958 of 2019(3) dt.08-07-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are students having no criminal antecedent and they are preparing for jobs and the present case has been registered against them on suspicion and without having sufficient materials against them. Similarly situated co-accused Sandhya Kumari has already been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 10.5.2019, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 21660 of 2019. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let all the seven petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge XIV cum Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Gardanibagh Police Station Case No. 500 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
