2. The son of the petitioner is an accused in a case of murder and he has already been arrested.

3. Now the petitioner wants this Court to enter in the factual aspects of this case as to whether Sunil Ram is Bholta

4. In the opinion of this Court, this disputed question of fact cannot be decided by this Court in writ jurisdiction.
