The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No.59 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise amendment Act, 2018.

Allegation of recovery of 365 litres of liquor from the vehicle and petitioner was arrested on the spot. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.09.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with the direction that once petitioner complete three months of

No.62057 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 custody, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge VII-cum-Spl. Judge, Excise, Aurangabad, in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No.59 of 2018, subject to condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.
