2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 149 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of the BNS, 2023 and under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is father of one Muskan Kumari, who was in a relationship with the deceased and as per the prosecution case, the deceased was called by Muskan Kumari and thereafter, the deceased was killed.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 8.12.2025.

5. During investigation, the phone records of Muskan Kumari have been examined and on the date of occurrence, she was in regular touch with the deceased and

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
