This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 10.01.2013, by which the learned A.C.J.M. Benipur has taken cognizance for the offences under section 147, 341, 323 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner. It appears that the impugned order is of the year 2013 and the same has been challenged in the year 2015 i.e. after delay of about two years that too without any satisfactory explanation.
