2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 64 , 352, 351 ( 2 ) of BNS 2023 .

3 . As per the prosecution case , there is specific allegation against this petitioner is that he being classmate of victim, drugged her and thereafter committed rape with her.
