During course of transportation of wheat belonging to State Food and Civil Supplies, it has been alleged that the same was siphoning and during course thereof, a Truck bearing No. BR10G-7879 was seized along with bags full of wheat belonging to the State Food and Civil Supplies. From the written statement itself, it is apparent that status of petitioner has been identified as owner of the truck without having his physical appearance as well as activities relating to aforesaid siphoning regarding which, another story is found incorporated in the written report as disclosed by one Nitu Devi.

Accordingly, petitioner, Navin Bhagat @ Navin Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29887 of 2014 (3) dt.23-03-2015 Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S.
