The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. It is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused Saurav Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 14685 of 2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
