The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No.93 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 435, 427, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that assault by Farsa on the informant and the petitioner is accused in seven other cases. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that all other cases have been lodged by the informant and his family members and those allegations of assault by Farsa but injury is found to be hard and blunt substance. Petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2018.

No.62031 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-cum-Sub Judge-3rd, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No.93 of 2017, subject to condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.
