====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2024 The present writ has been filed seeking the following relief:-

Patna High Court CWJC No.5362 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/3 "1(A). For issuance of writ/writs, order/orders in the nature of Mandamus for commanding/directing the Respondents to pay arrear of Salary/honorarium for the period of April 2022 to December 2023 to the Petitioner who has worked as Medical Officer, blood Bank, Sadar Hospital, Gopalganj in this regard, he filed representation on 14.08.2023 and 02.02.2024 respectively before the Respondent No. 5 i.e. the District Magistrate cum Chairman, District Health Society, Gopalganj and the Respondent No. 7 i.e. the President, Indian Red Cross Society, Blood Bank, Sadar Hospital, Gopalganj, Bihar but up- till now arrear of salary / honorarium amounting Rs. 13,65,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Lakhs Sixty Five thousands) of the Petitioner has not been paid." 2.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 5, i.e. the District Magistrate-cumChairman, District Health Society, Gopalganj, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 5, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
