This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to remove the private respondent No. 6 from the post of Principal who has completed the age of superannuation i. e,. 30.08.2023 in view of guideline vide Advertisement No. 20/12 as contained in Annexure - 3. 3 . After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No. 6119 of 2024(2) dt.11-11-2024 2/2 application granting liberty to the petitioner to raise her grievances by filing fresh representation before the Secretary Bihar School Examination Board, Patna along with all the necessary documents and details in support of her claim.

4. In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Secretary Bihar School Examination Board, Patna along with all the necessary documents and details in support of her claim within a period of six weeks from today .

5 . If such representation is filed by petitioner within the stipulated period, the Secretary Bihar School Examination Board, Patna shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of the representation .
