1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 06.05.2015 passed by the learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in Tr. No. 412 of 2015 arising out of Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 278 of 2014 whereby cognizance has been taken under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the informant stands redressed and the offences are compoundable.

4. Learned counsel for the informant submits that he has instruction to make submission that the informant has no objection in the event if the cognizance order dated 06.05.2015 is quashed as the matter has been resolved amicably between the petitioner and the informant.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the informant, the order dated 06.05.2015 passed by the learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in Tr. No. 412 of 2015 arising out of Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 278 of 2014 taking cognizance under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code stands quashed.
